If you're experiencing issues with your vibrator and believe that it might be malfunctioning or broken, please check these possible solutions:

1. Are you having trouble with Bluetooth or Syncing?

Click here for a bluetooth help guide.

2. Is your vibrator in lock mode?

If you turn on your vibrator, see flashing green lights, feel three quick vibrations, and then nothing else, congrats! Your vibe is not broken, it is merely in lock mode. Go into your sync page, turn off the "Lock Mode" setting, and be sure to sync you vibrator after.

3. Are you trying to use the vibrator while it's synced to your phone?

The vibrator will not vibrate while syncing sessions onto your phone. If you'd like to use it while it is synced to your phone, press the "Go Live" button on the Live View section of your Sync tab on the Lioness app.

4. Do you see two solid red lights or no lights?

If your vibrator has two solid red lights or no lights as well as no vibration, you need to upload the latest firmware to your vibrator.

You can find instructions and a video on how to do a firmware update here.

5. Considering doing a hard reset of the vibrator?

If your vibrator is not experiencing red lights or no lights but something else is not right, you may want to do a hard reset.
