If you are stuck on your Lioness app on the loading screen AKA the running Lioness icon with no sessions being uploaded (or no firmware update progression, if this is a firmware update), this is currently a known issue that our engineering team is working on resolving.
In the meantime here's how to fix the issue:
- Delete Lioness app
- Download latest Lioness through your app store
- Turn off the Lioness and turn it on again.
If the Lioness has red lights and no vibration, or doesn't appear to turn on at all, follow these instructions for a firmware reset here.
