If you are stuck on your Lioness app on the loading screen AKA the running Lioness icon with no sessions being uploaded (or no firmware update progression, if this is a firmware update), this is currently a known issue that our engineering team is working on resolving.

In the meantime here's how to fix the issue:

  1. Delete Lioness app
  2. Download latest Lioness through your app store
  3. Turn off the Lioness and turn it on again.

If the Lioness has red lights and no vibration, or doesn't appear to turn on at all, follow these instructions for a firmware reset here.
