Purchases made directly from Lioness at lioness.io may be returned if unopened within 60 days of receipt for refund or exchange, minus a $20 return shipping fee for U.S.-based customers. We are currently not offering returns for international customers.

If defective, the product is covered under the Two Year Limited Warranty and will not incur a fee.
